The Integration Process:
The integration process between AWC and Indeed began in January 2024, with Indeed assuming primary operational responsibilities for AWC during the first quarter. Throughout 2024, Indeed leveraged its expertise to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality, with marked improvements observed from the second quarter through the end of the year. This transaction represents the final step in Pelican Energy Partners’ successful transition of leadership to the Indeed team, ensuring a seamless and strategic alignment of resources.
